This small chest is from the Zhejiang Province in China, 1862-1875. It is spruce and it opens to reveal three additional drawers with small tab pulls. It has handles on either side and measures 11 3/4" square and stands 8 1/2" tall. The box has a graceful scroll foot and is decorative displayed open or closed. Additional pictures are available.

This beautiful 19th C. lady's jewelry box has three drawers with tab pulls. The top lifts to reveal a mirror which hinges backwards to self support on top. It has handles on each side to carry for traveling. It is 11 1/2" long, 9" wide, and 7 3/4" tall. A very interesting and beautifully constructed unique piece. Additional pictures are available.
